The support is clueless, user satisfaction drops and management decides it's the staffs duty to pick up this slack. Senior Management is very condescening to staff if you're not an H1-B . You're blatantly put in an abrasive role with your client nitpicking every single billable line item to squeeze them for every cent possible despite abysmal service.
