The communication from this company is absolutely terrible, if you have any issues it takes a week to talk to one person. Then, you’re transferred to multiple people who barely speak English. The benefits they claim you have (sick days, bonuses, etc.) are not the truth. They create rules as they go and the employees suffer. The on-boarding of new employees is so unprofessional. One time I was told to replace my own charger.
