HCL firing employee with unjustified reasons in the name of Bell Curve policy - Senior Specialist bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

HCL is firing employees on unjustified grounds & data. HR at end reveals about new policy " Bell Curve" & offers a favour of two months full salary. This is really ridiculous as they are not just firing employee's, they are ruining the future of employee as they marked the fired employee rating as "Needs Improvement" for BGC. Even your current manager & previous reporting manager has marked you good, even though reviewer will mark as "N I" , for lay off.
