Get appointed easily without much interview process, they will show u like they r giving big hike wit tricks in pay slip to bonus amount which don't pay u at the year end, because based on the review of ur manager.

They trick ur pay slip to move more amount to bonous which they don't pay more than 30% at end of the year, also ask u to complete lots of management online courses to tech guys if u don't clear it, they cut some % from ur basic every month till u clear it. Then keep adding more courses next month deadline, In the name of ideaprenur they keep sending mails and force u write project ideas to fill patent for which u get paid beanut. They treat employees like labor workers or building workers, if u don't believe me go to electronic city office, it doesn't look like corporate office or decent at least HR & management sit and think about how we reduce employees salaries and other benefits. If ur not a smart guy and not bother about ur salary u can work here, I don't recommend this company even for my enemies..
