HCL takes cares of its employees like a family and that's why in 2010 HCL came up with the Employee First concept. You get exposed to a challenging environment, light and cheerful work culture. Your managers are good in fact they are told to be good with their team members. Every now and then people from different departments come and ask if you have any problem.

It was very confusion what HCL did at the time of appraisal in 2010. Almost no one was happy with the management's way of appraisal. It was more like a witty way of employee retention which every MNC seem to follow these days.
