Very high importance on employee retention ..so you can ask for almost anything. 4. If you are clever and smart enough you can double your salary in a single appraisal. 5. Work load very moderate

1. Appraisal process is very unfair - They don't know what they are appraising. 2. Limited infrastructure(Technology Wise) leads to repatitve work. 3. Very poor trainings. 4. Low salary standards.
