Good Learning Opportunity. Cooperative colleagues. Competition is not cut throat.

Learning opportunity is based on luck. If you get a good project, you can learn a lot. Mid level management is very dodgy. HR department is hand in hand with mid level management, so can't expect anything from them that goes against the project manager. Very difficult to get release from one project to move to another project.
