Toxic environment with poor communication and job security - Technician bei HCLTech: Mitarbeiterbewertung

my experiences say tickets get closed unfinished. no communication. bad timing. no inspiration to go further. promise the world but deliver nothing and make it out to be your fault. remove you from a job without notice or reason then make you redundant. they save companies money by swooping in and firing staff then bringing in cheaper employees to fill the position. there is no work life balance as they expect you to have meetings all hours to match their needs. They do not value your culture either and do not care about family or locality to the job you're in. it also seems many others think this too. it could be wrong, but this is my personal view as i know they check out these and could lead elsewhere.
