first of all sry for 1 rating .. I would have given zero for the idiotic Management. Management is feared of new comers who joins with more experience and do politics to criticize them. Have been cornered unnecessarily. My PM will delete the headings in delivered PPT and escalate that my PPT is meaningless. Such a childish behaviour. My SM will shout without any reason kind of a old pressure cooker. He don't analyse wat has happened. He believe stupids and reacts instantly. He gives responsibility to whom he likes - little bit of unsecured and do favour to his native people. Project was going down the quality because of these idiots. Unsecured seniors will blame us for their inefficiency. Unnecessarily stretch and make us also to stretch giving reasons like wat u r gonna do after reaching home.... I dono why they need that.... Some idiots spread wrong rumors about us and get benefitted of us... Don't join this company if you are not clever to handle this kind of idiots.
