There are no pros. Stay away from this company they feed off of young students who just have graduated and pay you less than 45k in the city of Dallas. Do not work here.

Toxic work environment, cliques happen all the time. It’s so small and as soon as the COO doesn’t like you she puts you on a PIP and then fires you. There is no training you’re just thrown to the wolves. They absolutely have no remorse for you and the clients are boring. Boring company, rude people. The owner is actually super kind sucks that the company has gone down.
