Lower Level Managers > Executive Level Managers - Specialist bei HCD: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The pay is not commensurate with workload or expectations. The executive level seems to care, but its pretty obvious that they dont. They sit and listen and smile and say wow we care about you, youre important, but then do nothing. Some transparency would be great. I have been working out of class for two years and they wont reduce my workload but wont pay me more. Hard to move up if you dont know the right people in upper level or executive level.
