At the end of tax season you feel as though you are on a year to year contract. You feel no stability in your position although you perform well and have an abundance of knowledge to contribute. You are made to feel like a number and when you number is called you feel like all of your blood, sweat and tears were for nothing. If you are one of the ones left behind there is a struggle to find other resources because your point of contact has likely been let go as well.
