Many leaders in Gushcloud are not professional and are very disorganized. There is no regard or respect for employee wellbeing or their time outside of work. Employees deal with power tripping and micromanaging, and even some racism from stakeholders in Singapore. Outside of this, there is no chance of growing in your career unless you suck up to higher ups, no matter how much you do. The company is more than 10 years old, but it still feels like a start-up because of how disorganized everything is.
