Too many manual work even they have system. Need too many approval for just 1 document. Too many labour work via carrying heavy stuffs. Unable to sit at desk to complete desk tasks. Prepared to sit at desk to complete the task, and sudden called to help out carry things. M always very sarcastic. Heard that love to scream at staffs. Quite toxic M. No flexible working arrangements like WFH. Turn over rate too high.
