Gulfstream is a good company, I would come back to it. Can be a fantastic work life balance. PTO and benefits are decent. Can be an excellent career builder if you have connections and play your cards right. They can pay for your masters. Self-starters are rewarded and recognized,

If you are trying to implement an improvement but it doesn't agree with leadership, you can be harassed. -You might find yourself fourth in a long line for a position that only opens once a year; many jobs already have a person picked before they are ever posted.
