Laid off due to “RESTRUCTURING” - Don’t work here!! - Onboarding Specialist bei Gulf Interstate Engineering: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Micro-managing by the Account managers & recruiters in the field services department! No pay increases in 2 years! Low employee moral. Recent layoff due to restructuring of the field services department but it only included 2 people to be laid off in Onboarding dept! They kept the ones who they favored but don’t have any knowledge of any of the processes! Doesn’t make sense to me! No growth in the company! The department went downhill when the new operations manager came in 2021! No severance package given only gave me 2 weeks notice.
