The managers are always eager to help nurture younger associates, and the associates are a fun, energetic group of individuals to work with. The company supports quick upward mobility - if you are there for 1 year you are likely to be promoted to the next position (if earned).

The day to day activities related to work can be monotonous at times, but the gratification of hitting targets is motivating. The drive to hit targets can sometimes encourage working late - but there is no expectation to do so.
