The only reason I'm putting up with all the stress is because of the pay. If it weren't for that, I would've left a long time ago.

Employees were expected to perform at a high level right from the start, despite receiving no training and being given vague guidelines. I can't even ask management any questions because they get annoyed whenever I do.
