The gaslighting that leadership does in regards to benefits is insulting. I've been at GH since it split from PWC, and every year I've been there, they've cut our benefits. They cut our phone stipend, we don't get any kind of wellness benefits, they switched to unlimited PTO which means you no longer get payed out your unused PTO, the maternity leave is downright atrocious at 6 weeks, and people are leaving in droves, yet leadership acts like they offer the world to employees. Everyone knows they're just trying to keep the ship afloat for the IPO or for us to be sold again.
