Only here so I won’t get fined. So I guess steady paycheck.

Toxic culture. Micromanaging. Burnout. Stress. Unrealistic expectations. Moving goalposts. Heavy workload with limited people, time, and resources. High turnover on each project, especially in D&S. They gaslight often saying workloads and everything will get better. They don’t know how to lead or extend grace. Everyone is fearful of management and clients. EXTREME levels of anxiety that gets pushed down from insecure managers. Honestly I’m just waiting for an escape. I don’t see the value here.
