There is 0 upward mobility, salaries are on the lower end of the pay scale spectrum, benefits are beginning to change and be reduced. There is very little time for training and investing in employee's professional development due to the entire company being understaffed and overstressed. Middle and upper management need a good lesson on transparency, basic goal setting, and interpersonal skills. If you are young, ambitious, and wanting to make a good salary...go somewhere else. Company seems to be going into a death spiral.
