I joined GuidePoint after leaving a much larger company. I became frustrated with the office politics and bureaucratic red tape that prevented any change or innovation. I am so happy I left. While GPS is still a small (but quickly growing) firm, they have put all the right tools and processes in place for a successful business. We have a great reputation in the security world and have grown primarily through internal employee networks and word of mouth. Besides a great culture, there are 100% employer paid health for employees, a primarily virtual environment, and super flexible work schedule.
