Horrific management and HR who only care about making money at the expense of the health and safety of their employees. If you raise any concerns, stand up for your right or get injured you will stop getting rostered. You are totally dispensable to them, they will rather get rid of a fully trained and versatile team member and get a newbie than pay you the right rates. I cannot stress it enough, do not work for this brand, they will suck the life energy out of you.
