I don't recommend working with them - Customer Service Representative (CSR) bei GrowthAssistant: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They are not transparent with their account, especially seasonal accounts. They inform us about our last day 3 days before the actual last day and that there will be no other available accounts available for us. We have a wavemate, been told that there is an account for him but eventually they just kept him hanging and floating as well. We can still see they keep posting looking for CSRs but didn't mind those that they put on floating or even ended their contract. DON'T APPLY HERE IF YOU WANT A SECURITY OF TENURE. This company doesn't have that and won't care about its agents. There is no transparency on this company.
