Ghosted by the Employer - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei GrowthAssistant: Mitarbeiterbewertung

After waiting for an hour during the third stage of the interview, the employer informed me that she needed to reschedule due to technical difficulties with Zoom. Despite my attempts to reach out to her for an update, she has not responded to any of my messages for the past two days. I find this lack of consideration and professionalism towards a candidate quite disappointing. I strongly believe that it is important to treat candidates with respect and provide them with updates on the status of their application.
