The company is really growing and the people are so pleasant and fun to work with. In general, everyone is really committed to doing a great job for clients. Management really cares about the people in the company.

Management is thoughtful and careful to consider how change can impact people, but in doing so they are slow to make changes that can address and improve some of the business challenges. Need to hire more people.
