Pros
Gro's altruistic mission is timely and compelling and there's a lot of potential to make good on it. The people at the director level and below are crazy smart, incredibly kind, and a delight to work with.
Kontras
Unfocused leadership, bad leadership hires, and bottlenecked decision-making (literally 1-2 people making every single call) directly correlate to the current state of the business. A complete inability to decide on and apply a strategic direction trickled down into the product roadmap which was constantly held hostage by expensive, time-consuming, and unprofitable promises made to potential customers.
