The company itself has great products and they put customer satisfaction as a high priority. Quitting was remarkably easy.

No training was offered, they had a "figure it out mentality". Tech support was outsourced, so issues were only fixed overnight. No phone extension was given. Only a shared inbox was allowed for use. Employees still were allowed to smoke indoors. The purchasing manager was always cold and rude. Ask a question, get told "I'm too busy". Ask to be shown something, be told "figure it out". Even initiative is punished by the manager who will stop you and do it herself because your way is not welcomed.
