I have found that people come to work at Greenleaf Integrative because it has a mission that has a real sense of purpose to help people and organizations thrive. I definitely know this was true for me, and I’ve heard that sentiment echoed by other staff members as well. In my time here, leadership has always been extremely supportive of me as it pertains to my professional development and career goals. But I’ve also felt personally supported, too, by both my colleagues and leadership, and that really goes a long way for me. Across the board, the people here at Greenleaf are good, honest, hard working people who want to make a difference in the world, and I consider myself fortunate to work alongside them. No organization is perfect, and Greenleaf is no exception. But, they definitely do place a high value on feedback and are always striving to create a culture that is inclusive, respectful, and connected. Also, Greenleaf is very family oriented. For example, we have an annual event where staff bring their families for the day, and it's a lot of fun!
