      Busy work environment so there is more potential to make more money in tips, good tips, built in clientele, schedule can be flexible

      Kontras

      The pay is less than minimum wage. You have to do a lot of haircuts and cut fast to get the low incentives they offer, very little pto, have to work evenings and weekends

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Kontras

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
