      Pros

      Good variety of clients (men, women, children, old, young, etc.) If you want to focus on cuts and not color, this is one of the only chains that doesn't do color decent tips

      Kontras

      Not much upward mobility regulars are discouraged quantity over quality of cuts emphasized you'll only be given 6 hours shifts during the week you'll get a half hour unpaid break, but if it's busy, expect to take it 5 minutes at a time

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Kontras

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
