      Ok money, steady clients, fun co workers. Some health benefits. Good for someone just starting out because they have an academy.

      Kontras

      I had to work 12 hour days and in 3 different stores that were not even close to my home store. A lot of pressure to do it "their way"if you have been doing hair for 5+ years I do not recommend. That place drove me to quit doing hair all together.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
