      Pay really sucks and tips. Can vary from $1.00- maybe 10.00 per client can live on a check for 2 week total payout less than $400.00

      Since each salon is independently owned and operated, franchisees may use a number of different factors to determine stylist's total compensation.       Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
