-The non insurance benefits are great, -90% of the customers are great. -The other employees are great, family like atmosphere most of the time.
Kontras
-managers have too much control, micro manage, -if you have a problem HR will directly tell the person involved to create an awkward working environment, not resolving issues. -insurance barely covered anything -some policies strictly enforced, lenient on other policies -no place for advancement -forced into positions you don't want, and isn't advancement. -pay is embarassing
