I would give more training for people who are not very talkative people

My point of contact was very friendly and approachable, helped me grow along the way and gave great advice on how to make a successful call. Learned how to handle rejections but also learned about perseverance.

Internship seemed more sales-like than public relations (which is what it is sold as); wish I would have had clearer instructions at times before beginning
