The company places a high priority on culture, mental health and is pretty good at making sure everybody in the team has input on product decisions and company processes. Product, engineering and design are grouped into small cross-functional teams that have ownership over specific areas of the product and work with high levels of autonomy. As an engineer I get the opportunity to plan and lead my own projects which is great for personal growth.
