Buried in resources/ no time to use them/ too many to be effective everyone is being asked to do that cannot possibly be fit in a day or week or month They blame you when you struggle they blame you when you ask for help They say it is your fault if you burnout but don't give you the time to use the resources, they throw more resources at you instead of changing the workflow every person i know and at all levels is struggling when COVID hit they stopped caring about people and only focused on profit
