Company has numerous resources to assist sellers (technical support, quotes dept, 1200+ suppliers, sourcing, extensive branch network, etc..). Represent thousands of suppliers and hundreds of thousands of products to a variety of customers. Interaction with (but not limited to) engineers, maintenance professionals, owners, and purchasing agents related to high dollar facilities management projects.

There are too many yes-men, robotic thinkers, and cubicle mentality managers which leads to high turnover of good employees. Lack of career development and recognition of hard work. Company is over-departmentalized and operate on their own agenda. Internal politics are dangerous and ruin company's reputation. Majority of tenured employees lack enthusiasm. Flavor of the month selling promotions. Upper management focuses on the wrong things, force change, give up on initiatives too quickly, and short-circuit many processes.
