Pros
The best part of Grainger is far and away work hours and the profit sharing plan. If not for these two pro's many would not put up with the new structure and philosophy.

Employee surveys have revealed widespread dissatification with the company strategy, pay scale, and the way in which advancement takes place. Grainger's way of addressing the problems was to send out documentation showing how much they contribute to you: insurrance contributions, pay, profit sharing etc... Constant unattainable sales goals= new ways of paying less money to those that make the company profitable.
