Senior leadership cannot figure out how to return to growth mode. Their answer has been to now micro manage the sales force to the extreme. DSM's no longer have the ability to run their team. The have to follow a script on 1:1s that is a check the box activity rather then helping their reps grow as sales people. The job is way overrated and reps are treated like they should be grateful to kill them selves working 60 hours a week to make 80k.
