Management was poorly suited to help employees, seemed most managers were not qualified but were hired because of their ability to be YES people. Micromanagement of employees is ridiculous, you are under a microscope for everything you do versus trusting the company has professionals within its organization. Turnover is high, therefore CS is not trained and call volumes often spike to other departments. Policies and procedural ideas are just dumb and reasons for change. I would recommend working somewhere else.
