The paychecks clear every week.

There is very little concern for the employee as an individual. Work schedules can change in between shifts. Managers seem to think that they can "will" work to be done when there are too few employees to do the job. Human resources DOES NOT work with the employee, they are just a rubber stamp for the employment manual. They really need to lose the "employment destination" slogan as new hires are staying away in droves.
