The only reason people stay is because they are loyal to their co-workers and they have a strong work ethic. They want the company to be successful but they are fearful of losing their jobs. The company has gone downhill since it was purchased by RANK.
Kontras
Merit increases max out at 2.3%. Bonuses are at 2.5% (IF you are LUCKY) because the goals are not realistic. Turnover of management staff in the plant is above 50%. Little opportunity for advancement unless you are from the outside. Newly hired upper management then brings in more upper management (their friends).
