Absolute nightmare! This company does NOT value employees - Operator bei Graham Packaging: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management cannot keep people employed here. Turn out rate is ridiculous. Refuses to hire more operators and stacks way too much overtime on operators leading them to go elsewhere. Favoritism is terrible. Verbal abuse from leads is common and excepted by upper management and some supervisors. Management could care less about employee needs.
