Location used to be optimal and the pay seemed appropriate, if at a plant, in general, the location is safe,

Constant changes in Management, several layoffs, high turnover rate, HR must be very busy. if at a corporate office not so much. Corporate moved to Lancaster county, no incentives to employees to make the drive. Some are permitted to work from home, some departments won't allow it. Newly integrating with other companies, but benefits haven't integrated, other companies have better benefits. CEO listed below no longer with the company
