Pros
At Gradient Learning, you get to contribute to a fast-paced work culture where you can authentically be yourself. Management does a great job of fostering psychological safety in the workplace and prioritizes conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a nonprofit that really lives its values and one in which you get to see the direct impact of your work on students across the country. Every team member that I've met is genuine and values connecting with each other beyond our collaboration, even in a completely remote environment. The culture isn't an afterthought of the pandemic, but intentional from the beginning. The products at Gradient Learning support whole-child development, are used in diverse schools across the country, and have a transformative impact on students. It's a honor to work on such incredible programs and I can see myself staying with the organization for years to come.
Kontras
There are a lot of high achievers and it can feel challenging at time to sustain continued excellence. As the organization grows, it comes with growing pains as expected.
