-Messy onboarding + training process -Disorganization -Outdated technology and software. Whole company operates off of a 15+ year old front-facing interface. It’s slow, buggy, and inefficient. -Policies and procedures are not set in stone, seems like everything is made up on the fly. -Shady business practices. As a customer support rep, we are expected to “save” packages and services rather than refunding. Sales team gets mad if you refund. Overall sketchy and the culture seems disingenuous.
