A few good eggs.... But not enough to put up with all the management problems. Diverse staff.

Disorganized, disjointed management, low morale, employees have complete lack of faith in direction of management., lack of skilled knowledgeable people. Incapable to meet customers needs, extreme misalignment of priorities. Bad employees rewarded & promoted, good employees disregarded and degraded. Non flexible work environment. Apathy among many managers.
