It used to be a cool place to work, very nice people, great place to feel like you really contribute to something. Almost like family.

Previous owners cashed out and sold us to General Dynamics. Sine then, they have done their best to alienate the employees that bothered to stick around. Benefits have been cut and replaced with inferior product. Management obsessed only with money and looking good to our new masters. Communication is poor and hours are long. All too often we are not privy to the fruits of our labors.

Very nice expensive free coffee

Production Manager with help of his little narc uses feelings to determine pay not skill set or other quality factors. The over priced products that make the small company millions in profit looks great! However, the inside components lack consistency and out of date, faulty test equipment get it barely pass the low standards to ship it.
