Pros

Staff is super freindly! It was the only reason I stayed for as long as i did.

Kontras

Management is a dumpster fire. Previous bartender warned me about everything that was unpleasant. Only work here if you are a server, Bartending here is slave labor for minimal profit.

Passionate restaurant teams and talented colleagues who genuinely care about the guest experience. Fast-paced environment that offers exposure to multiple brands and marketing initiatives.

Kontras

Extremely high leadership and executive turnover created a constant lack of direction and instability. Priorities, expectations, and feedback changed frequently, making it difficult to execute work efficiently. Workloads were consistently unrealistic, with long hours, weekends, travel, and responsibility spread across multiple brands without adequate support. Communication between leadership, HR, and teams was often inconsistent, resulting in confusion and a lack of accountability. Employee well-being and retention did not appear to be organizational priorities.
